Yesterday i bumped my Yaris to fences. Thanks god i am alright but unfortunately my mirrors has broken. My left mirror have gone to pieces, then my father scolded me and so Mr. Brahman, he has the fences.
Later that night, i am going online and searching for any discount auto parts. I wasn't had any idea that finding the right part but cheap is very hard. I found dozens of website offering their product, but the prices is so high. Finally i found the right e-shop, www.go-part.com. They have a long list of quality products and it comes with good price.
So i am looking for Toyota Parts, and i click on the list, find the right parts then made a deal. Few days later it came up. They sure selling a good product, it was very smooth. I took it to garage, and assemble it, my Yaris is back in Action.
They have a huge collection parts for any Cars. Honda, Toyota, Kia, Porsche, Mercedez and still much more to look at. They specialized on mirrors, Cooling fan assemblies and A/C Condenser. They served not only for popular Car model, but also a model that i am not even know. When i look at Honda list, i saw Honda Pilot model, i never seen that type in Indonesia. They even have a Jeep Parts, not every days i see a Jeep in my city.
Please help me, I’m quite confused now.
Last week I parked my car front of my friend’s house, a lady reverse her car and crashed my car, it wasn’t big crash, but my car do need a painting and repairing job.
After the accident, I asked her to go insurance company to solve the problem, but she refused to do that way, coz she didn’t want to lose her NCB, and she promised she would pay the cost for repairing.
However, I’ve got her details; I’ve taken some pictures and videos as well.
After I went to few garages nearby, the quote was around 650 pounds. I called the lady but she thought that’s too much, so, she gave me her garage which I went to today. The fact is the garage she gave me is really small and it looks not like an authorized garage, the gay even don’t have a land line.
I phoned the lady and refused go to this garage, but she is really hard to deal with, my questions are:
1. If go to court, how long it normally takes?
2. Can I get all money back if I won? (her faults 100%)
3. Do I need to go to legal cover which my insurer provided?
